Privacy Policy

We keep this short and honest, because that’s how we’d want to be treated.

Who we are. This site and our product demos are operated by SkyNexus AI Corp (“SkyNexus,” “we,” “us”).

The short version. By default we don’t track you with cookies and we don’t collect anything that identifies you. If you choose to share your details with us — for example, to get a report from a demo or to talk to us about your store — we’ll use them only for what you asked and to follow up. We don’t sell your data. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

What we collect

• Everyone (anonymous). We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics and anonymized, masked session insights to understand which parts of the site and demos are useful. This does not identify you — no names, no emails, no tracking cookies, and session recordings have all text and inputs masked.
• Only if you choose to share it (identified). When you give us your details in a demo or a form — typically your name, email, and store name (and optionally a phone number) — we link your activity in that demo to you so we can follow up about what you were looking at. This only happens when you opt in and check the consent box. If you don’t, you stay anonymous and can keep using the demo.

The categories of personal information we collect when you choose to share it: identifiers (your name, email, and any phone number you give us) and business information (your store name). For everyone, we collect limited internet/usage activity (how the site and demos are used) in anonymized, non-identifying form.

Why we collect it

• To send you something you asked for (like a report you requested from a demo).
• To follow up about NexFacet or our services when you’ve asked us to or shown interest.
• To improve our site and demos.

We don’t use your information for anything you wouldn’t reasonably expect from the above.

Our legal basis. For the identified information, we rely on your consent — you choose to give it, and you can withdraw it at any time. You can withdraw your consent by emailing us — it won’t affect anything we did with your information before you withdrew.

Cookies. We don’t use tracking or advertising cookies. Our analytics are cookieless.

Who we share it with. We don’t sell your data and we don’t share it for advertising. We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the site and follow up with you:

• PostHog — privacy-friendly product analytics (cookieless, masked).
• Calendly — if you book a call with us, to schedule it.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms; we share only what’s needed for them to do that job. We may also use other trusted service providers that help us operate the site and follow up with you (for example, hosting, email, and customer-management tools). We share only what they need to do that work, and we update this list as our tools change. Your information is processed in the United States.

How long we keep it. Anonymous analytics are retained in aggregate. Identified details you share are kept for up to 24 months after your last interaction with us, then deleted or anonymized — unless you’ve become a customer or asked us to stay in touch. You can ask us to delete your details at any time and we will.

How we protect your information. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security — but we work to keep your information safe and limit who can access it.

Your choices and rights. You can ask us to:

• tell you what information we hold about you,
• correct it,
• delete it, or
• stop contacting you.

Your California privacy rights. If you’re a California resident, you have the right to: know what personal information we collect and why; access a copy of it; correct it; delete it; and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California law. We won’t discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. To make a request, email us at privacy@skynexus.ai; we may need to verify your identity first.

Children. Our site and demos are for business use and are not directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if we learn we have, we’ll delete it.

Changes. If we change this policy we’ll update the date below. This policy is effective as of 2026-06-24.
