Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of this website and our product demos. We’ve kept them short and plain, because that’s how we’d want to read them. By using the site or a demo, you agree to them.

Who we are. This site and our product demos are operated by SkyNexus AI Corp (“SkyNexus,” “we,” “us”). You can reach us at privacy@skynexus.ai.

What this site is. This is our marketing site and a set of interactive product demos (for example, NexFacet for jewelers and NexusOS for merchants). The demos are here to show how our products work. They’re for evaluation — they are not the paid product, and what you see in a demo isn’t a promise of specific features, results, or availability.

Demos and AI-generated output. Our demos use AI to generate examples — like sample reports, recommendations, or insights. This output is illustrative and for demonstration only. It can be incomplete or wrong, and it is not professional advice — not a jewelry appraisal or valuation, and not financial, tax, legal, or business advice. Don’t rely on a demo’s output to make a real decision; talk to us (or a qualified professional) first. You are solely responsible for any decision or action you take based on a demo’s output, and you agree we are not liable for it (see “Limitation of liability” below).

Who can use it. The site and demos are for business use by people 18 or older. They aren’t directed to children.

Using it responsibly. Please don’t:

• use the site or demos for anything unlawful, or to infringe someone’s rights;
• try to break, overload, probe, or get unauthorized access to the site or its systems;
• scrape, copy, harvest, or reverse-engineer the site, the demos, or their output to build or train a competing product;
• misrepresent who you are, or submit someone else’s information without permission.

What you share with us. If you choose to share details in a demo or a form (like your name, email, or store name), we handle them as described in our Privacy Policy. If you submit information, you confirm you’re allowed to share it, and you give us permission to use it to run the demo and follow up with you. Don’t paste sensitive personal data or anything confidential you’re not authorized to share.

Our content and brand. The site, the demos, our software, and our names and logos — including “SkyNexus,” “NexFacet,” and “NexusOS” — are ours (or our licensors’). We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable permission to use the site and demos for evaluation. That permission doesn’t transfer any ownership, and it ends if you misuse the site.

Third-party services. We use a few trusted providers to run the site (for example, cookieless analytics and scheduling). If you follow a link to a third-party service, their terms and privacy practices apply there, not ours.

No warranties. THE SITE AND DEMOS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We don’t warrant that the site or demos will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any output is accurate, complete, or fit for any purpose.

Limitation of liability. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SkyNexus AI Corp AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR DEMOS — INCLUDING ANY DECISION YOU MAKE BASED ON A DEMO’S OUTPUT — EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE OR DEMOS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) (THE SITE AND DEMOS ARE PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE). Some places don’t allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

Your responsibility (indemnification). You agree to cover us for any claims, losses, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the site or demos, your violation of these terms, or information you submit that you weren’t allowed to share.

Suspending or ending access. We may suspend or end your access to the site or demos at any time, including if you misuse them or violate these terms, without liability to you.

Changes. We may update these terms. If we do, we’ll update the date below. If you keep using the site after a change, that’s your agreement to the updated terms.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

General. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the site and demos. Our not enforcing a term isn’t a waiver of it. You can’t transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours. Nothing here creates a partnership, agency, or employment relationship between us.
